Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 13 mins 6 servings **Method:** 1. In a small non-stick pan over low heat, sauté the minced garlic with the butter until golden, being careful not to burn the garlic. 2. In a food processor, place the cooked cauliflower, sautéed garlic & butter, PediaSure® Vanilla, salt and pepper. Blend several minutes until the sauce is very smooth, adding a little more water as needed to obtain a thick but runny consistency. Stir in the parmesan cheese. 3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions. Remove from heat, drain the pasta and return to the pot. 4. In a pan, fry the bacon until crispy, add the pasta and sauce and toss to combine and heat through, and then serve.   **Disclaimer**: The cooking process and any change in temperature, particularly when heating, may affect the product composition with the loss of certain ingredients.
