Berry Good Chocolate Shake Recipe


Berries are rich in antioxidants, brightly coloured and delicious to boot. This makes a delightful coloured shake that tastes wonderful too. Learn more!

Prep time: 5 minutes

Makes: 2 serves


1. Measure all ingredients into a blender jug.

2. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Serve at once.

3. Place any leftovers in the fridge and consume within 1 day.


200 ml milk.

5 scoops PediaSure® Chocolate

75g frozen mixed berries



  • For extra chocolatey goodness (and antioxidants), add a spoon of cocoa or cacao powder.
