Berry Smoothie Recipe


A child-friendly version of the grown-up smoothie, this can be sipped as an after-school snack or delicious start to the day.

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy.

1 cup frozen berries

1 cup fresh strawberries

2 tbsp flaxseed powder

1 cup full-cream yoghurt

½ cup fresh milk
