Prep time: 20 minutes + 2 hours chilling time
Makes: 12 serves
Method:
1. Line 2 muffin trays with cupcake papers.
2. In a large bowl mix together puffed rice, Pediasure, cocoa, sugar and coconut.
3. Add sultanas, ensuring they are all separated; add melted coconut oil and mix well
4. Spoon mixture into papers and refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours.
