Overnight Power Oats

 

Make the night before and get breakfast out and ready in no time in the morning.

Method:

  1. Mix together oats, nuts, and dried fruit in a sealable container.
  2. Combine PediaSure® Vanilla with water until smooth, then mix into oats mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. The next morning, drizzle over honey and serve cold with extra fruit, if desired.

1/2 cup PediaSure® Vanilla

3/4 cup oats

2 tbsp dried cranberries

2 tbsp dried raisins

1/4 cup mixed nuts

1 tbsp honey
